refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

api usage

API access is provided under a fair-use policy. Automated bulk requests, reselling API access, or using the service to circumvent Anthropic's usage policies is prohibited. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

account termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your configuration data will be deleted within 30 days.

limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
