Welcome to Click Click Claude (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Note: Content on other pages of this site — including the FAQ, pricing pages, and feature descriptions — is provided for general information only, may change at any time, and does not constitute a contractual commitment. These Terms are the sole binding document.

1. experimental platform — read before use

Click Click Claude is in early access and under active development.

  • Availability is not guaranteed. Outages, planned and unplanned downtime, and bugs are expected. We make no commitment to any level of uptime (SLA).
  • Features may change, disappear, or behave unexpectedly between versions.
  • Do not rely on this Service for critical development, including medical systems, financial systems, enterprise infrastructure, or any system whose failure could cause harm to health, property, or business.

You accept the Service as-is, with full understanding that it is a platform in development.

2. what the service is

Click Click Claude provides a managed development environment connecting you to AI coding tools, plus managed infrastructure: code hosting, deployment, database, and automation — all in one place.

As of the date of these Terms, the Service is based on Claude Code by Anthropic. We may integrate additional or alternative AI providers in the future (including, for example, Codex, Gemini, Cursor); these Terms shall apply to any such provider with the necessary modifications.

The Service description, included tools, and active AI providers may change at any time at our discretion.

3. eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Use on behalf of a company constitutes a representation that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4. pricing and billing

Monthly subscription: Current pricing is published on the pricing page. The subscription renews automatically each month and includes access to all features of the managed environment.

Token costs: As of the date of these Terms, token costs are passed through at the relevant AI provider's prices with no markup from us. We reserve the right to change this policy in the future; if we do, we will notify users in advance before the change takes effect, and users who do not agree may cancel their subscription.

Credit top-ups: Credit purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew. Credits purchased are non-refundable.

We may update subscription pricing at any time with advance notice. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. cancellation, offboarding, and data return

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial months.

What happens on cancellation: Your code remains yours. In the managed environment, your GitHub repo and database can be migrated to your personal accounts on request. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

First-month refund: If you are unsatisfied in your first month, you are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee — email us at hello@clickclickclaude.dev. The refund does not cover token costs.

6. ai agents, desktop app, and local computer access

critical — read before installing

6.1 nature of the risk

Click Click Claude is a desktop application running directly on your computer. It operates autonomous AI agents — software capable of making decisions and executing multiple actions in sequence without manual approval for each action. These agents may read, write, modify, delete, and transmit files — in scope and manner that may be unpredictable and irreversible.

6.2 we have no control over agent actions on your computer

We provide the environment through which agents operate, but we have no real-time control, monitoring, or supervision over the actions AI agents take on your computer. Agents respond to user instructions and local file state — not to us. Accordingly, all risk arising from agent actions is the user's sole responsibility.

6.3 your responsibility for permissions

You decide what resources the application can access. The decision on access permissions is yours alone and your full responsibility. We do not advise, instruct, or bear responsibility for how you configure permissions.

  • Minimal access: Grant access only to relevant project folders — not a full disk, not your home directory, not a synced cloud drive. Any file within access range may be affected.
  • Protect sensitive data: Personal files, photos, financial documents, passwords, API keys, medical records, and correspondence must be outside the application's access range.
  • Back up first: Back up important data to separate storage before running complex AI operations. AI actions may be irreversible. Git version control is strongly recommended.
  • Review before approving: When an AI agent proposes an action, you are responsible for examining, understanding, and approving it. Uncontrolled delegation to AI agents is at your sole risk.
  • Account security: Your account credentials are your responsibility. Any action performed under your account is your responsibility.

6.4 no liability for agent actions

We shall bear no liability for damage, data loss, file deletion, information modification, exposure of secrets, system damage, or any other outcome — arising from actions taken by AI agents in the course of using the Service, whether or not those actions were taken pursuant to explicit user instructions.

7. ai-generated code and outputs — user responsibility

7.1 no warranty on AI outputs

We provide access to AI tools — not responsibility for their results. AI tools may err, produce incorrect, unsafe, unlawful, or unexpected output, and we are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, legality, or functionality of any code, text, decision, or action generated through the Service.

7.2 user's sole responsibility

  • — reviewing and validating all code before running it in production;
  • — identifying and fixing security issues, bugs, and logic errors in generated code;
  • — compliance with copyright law, open-source licensing, and industry regulation;
  • — the decision whether to use AI outputs, and to what extent.

7.3 sole responsibility toward third parties

To the extent a user chooses to use code, applications, or any other output developed using the Service — we bear no liability toward any third party harmed as a result. The user is the sole party responsible toward any third party, including for damages, claims, demands, fines, or costs arising in connection with use of Service outputs.

8. third-party providers — no control, no liability

8.1 dependency on third parties

The Service relies materially on external infrastructure and AI providers that are not under our control and which we are unable to monitor for their actions, policies, reliability, or availability. These providers include (but are not limited to): AI model providers, code hosting providers, deployment providers, database providers, and payment processors.

8.2 no control over AI providers

AI models we rely on are managed and operated solely by third parties. We do not control model behavior, changes to models, the outputs they produce, the decisions they make, policy changes, service outages, or any other action by AI providers. Changes at an AI provider may affect the Service without advance notice from us.

8.3 no liability for third-party failures

We shall bear no liability for damage, loss, disruption, security breach, data loss, behavior change, service interruption, or any other outcome — arising from any action, omission, failure, policy change, or cessation of activity by any third-party provider, including AI providers. The list of actual providers may change at any time without prior notice.

9. acceptable use

Permitted: Building applications for personal or business use, in accordance with the terms of the AI providers the Service uses.

Prohibited: Use for unlawful activities; reselling AI access without our authorization; large-scale automated requests without prior approval; attempting to circumvent AI provider restrictions; causing damage to Service infrastructure or third parties. Violations may result in account suspension and/or service termination without refund.

10. code ownership

Code generated for you belongs to you. We make no claim of ownership over your projects. The terms of active AI providers apply in parallel — you are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

11. limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including:

  • — loss of data, files, or information;
  • — unintended deletion or modification of files by AI agents;
  • — damage from AI-generated code;
  • — service outages, downtime, or failures;
  • — security breaches — whether in our infrastructure or that of third-party providers;
  • — lost profits, business opportunities, or reputational harm;
  • — outcomes of decisions made based on AI output.

All of the above applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if we are found to have acted negligently.

Liability cap: Our total aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. force majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: failures in third-party infrastructure, AI provider policy changes, power outages, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory requirements.

13. changes to service and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Israeli law only. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel.
