1. what we collect
- — Account identity: email address
- — Payments: handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details
- — Usage data: API request counts, token consumption, infrastructure usage
- — Settings: user preferences and saved projects
- — Technical info: IP address, device type, app version — for support and security
- — Analytics: aggregated usage data on the site and app to improve the Service (see section 9)
We do not collect code content, prompts, or AI outputs for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
The app runs on your computer and may access local files based on the permissions you grant it. We do not store copies of your local files on our servers, except what is explicitly required to operate the Service (e.g. code saved in a managed repo).
2. how we use it
- — to provide and maintain the Service;
- — to process payments and usage billing;
- — to send transactional messages (login links, receipts, service updates);
- — to monitor usage for fair-use enforcement;
- — to improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymised data.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. third-party providers
The Service uses external infrastructure providers. Each provider receives only the data necessary for its role:
| Provider category | Current example | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Payment processing | Stripe | Billing and subscriptions |
| AI model | Anthropic (Claude) | Processing prompts and responses |
| Code hosting | GitHub | Repo management |
| Deployment / hosting | Vercel | Serving applications |
| Database | Infrastructure provider | Secure data storage |
| Transactional email | Email provider | Login links, receipts |
| Analytics | Analytics provider | Anonymised usage analysis |
Specific providers may change. Data protection principles are maintained regardless of provider identity. Material changes will be reflected in an update to this document.
Regarding AI providers: Your prompts are sent for processing to the active AI provider. Currently that is Anthropic, which does not use API requests to train models without explicit consent. These terms apply to any AI provider integrated into the Service, with the necessary modifications.
4. data retention
- — Account data: retained while the account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- — Logs and usage data: retained for up to 90 days.
- — Payment data: managed by our payment provider per its own policy.
5. international data transfers
Our infrastructure providers are primarily located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of data abroad.
6. your responsibility for data you share
we explicitly ask: do not share sensitive information with us.
The Service is not intended for storing, processing, or handling sensitive information of any kind, including: medical data, financial data, passwords, access keys, legal information, identifying details of third parties, or any information whose exposure could cause harm.
If a user chooses, of their own accord, to share such sensitive information — whether in prompts passed to the AI tool, in files to which they granted the application access, or in any other way — full and sole responsibility for that choice rests with them. We shall bear no liability for any harm resulting from the sharing of such information.
7. security
We implement appropriate security measures: secrets encrypted at rest, least-privilege scoped tokens, access management, and code review. No system is completely secure. We shall not be liable for damages resulting from security breaches in third-party provider infrastructure. Responsibility for protecting local files on the user's computer rests solely with the user.
In the event of a material data breach that may affect you, we will notify you by email as soon as reasonably possible.
8. your rights
You have the right to access data we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion of your account and data.
Contact: hello@clickclickclaude.dev — we will respond within 30 days.
9. cookies and analytics
We use cookies necessary for Service operation (authentication, session management), and analytics tools for anonymous analysis of usage patterns to improve the Service. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
10. minors
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
11. changes to this policy
We will notify users of material changes by email and/or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. terms of service and scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to the Terms of Service, which form an integral part of it. The protections and rights set out in this document apply only to users who act in accordance with the Terms of Service. A user who has violated the Terms of Service is not entitled to rely on the protections of this policy.
13. governing law and jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by Israeli law only. Any dispute relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel.
